INGREDIENTS

  • Rainbow trout @springhillsfish
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Dried basil
  • Dried oregano
  • Dried parsley
  • Crushed red pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the seasoning in butter.
  2. Pat dry rainbow trout, and evenly apply herbed butter all over
  3. Bake for 15-20 min at 400F
  4. Serve with your fav sides
