Our Atlantic salmon comes from Sustainable Blue, a land-based farm in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, and is raised with low densities, fresh water, and eco-friendly feed.
Sustainable Blue grows their fish much larger than we do at our Springhills farms, so the fish comes in 4oz portions (two to a pack).
