- Rainbow trout raised on our family’s eco-farms in Grey County in Ontario, Canada. Mild nut-like flavour similar to salmon, and comes with each fillet vac-packed. More on our ethical practices
- Atlantic salmon that’s raised humanely by Sustainable Blue in Nova Scotia. It’s rich and meaty, and comes in 2x4oz portions in each vac-pack.
So fresh it’s frozen. We humanely harvest, fillet, individually vac-pack and freeze within a day. Stays fresh for 6 months. Read reviews
