Coastal Catch Sampler: Halibut, Pickerel & Haddock

It’s a coastal catch of wild white-fleshed fish. Perfect for fish eaters and non-fish eaters alike! Read reviews.

  • Atlantic Halibut, caught by small-scale fishermen and women in Newfoundland. It’s a premium fish with large, delicate flakes and a tender, buttery texture.
  • Pickerel (Walleye), wild-caught by independent fishermen and women in Lake Erie. It’s one of the most prized freshwater fish, with light succulent flavour.
  • Haddock fished in the cold Atlantic waters off Nova Scotia. It’s a mild, slightly sweet white fish with a clean taste, fine flaky texture, and a hint of ocean brininess.

 

Picture order is haddock, pickerel then halibut. Each box has 1.5lbs of halibut in 2x6oz portions in vac-pack, 1.5lbs skin-on descaled pickerel fillets, and 2lbs of skinless deboned haddock fillets loose in 1lb bags.
