Try three orange-fleshed Canadian fish. We raise the rainbow trout and Arctic char on our family’s eco-farms using humane and sustainable practices. We named this after the three rivers that flow through our farms in Grey County! More on our ethical practices

  • Rainbow trout  with a mild nut-like flavour similar to salmon.
  • Atlantic salmon that’s raised humanely by Sustainable Blue in Nova Scotia. It’s rich and meaty, and comes in 2x4oz portions in each vac-pack.
  • Arctic char that has a lighter and sweeter than it’s cousin, the trout.

 

So fresh it’s frozen. We humanely harvest, fillet and freezer within a day. Read reviews.
