Wild-caught by small-scale fishermen and women in Newfoundland. It’s a high-value catch thanks to strict fishery management and sourcing from small-boat, independent fishers use longlines for responsible harvesting.
So fresh it’s frozen. Each fillet is processed and frozen within hours of the catch, locking in peak freshness and quality.
Our halibut comes in 6oz (170g) portions, with two portions to a vac-pack. A 1.5lb pack has 4 portions, and a 4.5lb box has 12 portions.
