We deliver throughout southwestern Ontario on a monthly basis. See our schedule and routes.

All fish is vac-packed, deboned, and frozen on the same day as filleting.

Your fish comes in an eco-cardboard box. If you're not home, we can bring ice so it'll keep all day!

How do I order?

Visit the Springhills Fish Store and add boxes to your shopping cart.


You can also message us on Facebook at Springhills Fish to place an order or ask questions, or give us a call at 519-364-7803.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver for free throughout most of southwestern Ontario on a monthly basis. 

Check out our Delivery Zone Map to see if we deliver in your area. If we don't, make a suggestion

Is delivery free?

We offer free delivery on all orders over $50.


The delivery fee on smaller orders is $10.

Can I pick up?

Absolutely, we're open for self-serve pick up near Hanover from 9am - 7pm every day of the week. Scroll down for more information on picking up the fish yourself.

Will you let me know when it's coming?

Absolutely! The Monday before delivery, you'll get an email with your delivery day and approximate time.

On delivery day, we'll text you a reminder in the morning and when we’re about 10 minutes out.


You'll even get a GPS tracking link if you want to follow us on delivery day!

How does the fish arrive at my house?

All Springhills fish comes individually vacuum-sealed, de-boned and frozen at peak freshness. We deliver the fish in an eco-friendly cardboard box, so you can empty it straight into your freezer!

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, you can leave out a standard-sized cooler and we'll put the fish in there to keep for a couple hours. If you'll be longer than that, let us know and we'll bring our own ice so it'll keep all day!

You can also leave other instructions for us. We have plenty of experience hopping fences, going into garages or hiding fish!

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card if you're ordering through the website.

We also accept e-transfer. We are registered for auto-deposit at orders@springhillstrout.ca. Please put your order number in the comments.

Or you can pay with cash. Greet us at the door, or hide it in your mailbox!

Where do I go to pick up?

Pick-up is at one of our farms, called Cedar Crest Trout Farm

It's a long gravel laneway under the hydro lines, with a white sign at the end of the road.

When you drive in, take a left towards the small green shed with a mural on it.

You can type the farm name into Google Maps too!

How do I find my box?

We do not have a retail store. You just help yourself to the freezers on the right side of the shed.


All the boxes have stamps or labels saying what's in them. We keep them well stocked with every box we have, and we do not reserve any.

When are you open?

You can help yourself to the freezers from 9:00am - 7:00pm every day of the week!

How do I pay?

You can pay by credit card if you order on the website. 

If you selected the e-transfer option, you can send funds to orders@springhillstrout.ca. Please put your order number in the comments.


If you selected the cash option, there will be a black box on the wall for cash.
