Striped Bass
Taster pack (1.75b) — $48
Small box (5lb) — $125
Taste: A refined white fish with a gentle sweetness, firm texture and rich, buttery flakes.
Harvested by Indigenous fishers from Natoaganeg (Eel Ground) First Nation in New Brunswick, these striped bass are caught from the province’s tidal rivers where ocean and freshwater meet.
The fishery is sustainably managed through an innovative collaboration between the Indigenous community, government and local anglers, combining science and traditional knowledge.
Striped bass is a thick, meaty fillet that’s harder to overcook and shines whether grilled, baked, or pan-seared.
So fresh it’s frozen. Each fish is locally processed and frozen within hours of the catch, locking in peak freshness and quality.
Individually vac-packed 8 – 12oz fillets. A 1.75lb pack has 3 fillets, and a 5lb box has 7 – 10 fillets.
