IT’S OUR “PALE SALE” ON IMPERFECT TROUT FILLETS!

We offer you “naturally imperfect” rainbow trout fillets. They didn’t make the cut for stores because they are paler in colour, smaller in size, or cut oddly during filleting.

They may not win beauty contests, but they still taste fine and FINtastic!

Each 15 lb box contains between 25–45 fillets. All fish are individually vacuum-packed and good in the freezer for at least 9 months. The photos show the contents of a typical box, all harvested within the past 3 months.
