Three ways to cook in under 20 minutes

Try different seasonings, such as our mom's favourite of lemon pepper-parmesan. Or add a sauce for the last 3 - 5 minutes of cooking, such as Greek yogurt and dill, maple-balsamic, or lemon-chive!


In the oven

  1. Place fillet skin-down on a foil-lined baking sheet

  2. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper

  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 18 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork

In the frying pan

  1. Heat oil in frying pan at medium-high heat

  2. Add fillets skin-side down

  3. Cook for 5 minutes, then flip for 2 - 3 more minutes until fish flakes with a fork

On the barbecue

  1. Season fillet with generous olive oil and lemon juice

  2. Wrap loosely with aluminum foil

  3. Grill for 15 - 20 minutes, until fish flakes
