Our 5 favourite fish recipes for fall
The end of fall is one of our favourite times at Springhills, because we finally get to rest after a busy harvest season. 🍁
We start collecting fish eggs from our broodstock, we send several million small fish to farms in the north, and we finally get to pick the huge squash growing in the front field. 🍐
How do the squash get so big? Well our father Jimmy T has a secret ingredient: fish waste that we recycle from our daily cleanings on the farm!
