Garlic Teriyaki Arctic Char

INGREDIENTS

  • Thawed Arctic Char⁠ Fillets

  • 2 Cloves of Garlic⁠

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Teriyaki⁠

  • 1 Tbsp Soy⁠

  • 1 lemon ⁠

  • Olive Oil⁠

  • Salt and Pepper⁠

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat Over to 400F

  2. Mix Soy, Teriyaki and Garlic (minced) and brush over fish⁠

  3. Clean and Chop asparagus, drizzle with Olive Oil and season with S&P.

  4. Bake for 15-18 Minutes.

  5. Squeeze lemon onto whole pan after baking is complete.
