Easy Weeknight Fancy Trout (Metro Ontario)
We teamed up with our friends at Metro Ontario for a Canada Day fish-tacular! Alongside our saucy pals at Humble & Frank who make the perfect pairing for every fish dinner. All available at your local Metro store!
2x Springhills trout fillets
1x Humble & Frank Lemon Butter Garlic sauce
1x white onion
2x bell pepper
10x stalks of asparagus
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Place fillets skin-side down on a baking sheet.
Spoon 4 tbsp of Lemon Butter Garlic sauce on each fillet.
Thinly slice an onion, bell pepper, two potatoes and asparagus. Coat in olive oil, salt and pepper and scatter around the fish.
Bake for 12 - 14 minutes at 400F until the fish flakes apart with a fork.
While the fish is still hot, drizzle an extra 2tbsp of sauce on each fillet.
